Welcome to Menifee

Beautiful Menifee is located in Southwest Riverside County, between San Diego County and Los Angeles County. The city is roughly 50 square miles and is one of the fastest growing communities in California. This business-friendly town has funneled more than $170 million into ongoing infrastructure and traffic improvement projects. You'll also find Mt. San Jacinto Community College here. Local highlights to enjoy include:

  • The Menifee Veterans Memorial. Construction on this memorial began in 2009 and it's located in Wheatfield Park. The centerpiece of the site includes a 5-sided star representing the five branches of the US Military. The granite structure, when complete, will reach over 5 feet tall and will bear the names of loved ones.
  • The Motte Historical Museum. The Motte family were successful farmers whose ancestors first immigrated to America from France in the late 1880s. The museum was established in 2012 to preserve local history and includes the Motte family's collection of vintage cars from 1910 - 1969, antiques, a small cinema, and community history exhibits.

*Consistent with California energy regulations, new homes must be equipped with solar panels. These are not included in the posted price, but may be leased for a monthly payment, or purchased for an additional cost that may be eligible for mortgage financing. The required size of the solar system depends on several factors, including home size and climate zone. The installed solar system may reduce your monthly local electric utility company bill. For more information, see sales agent and Solar Energy System Addendum.
