Outside, a walking trail leads you past petroglyphs, bedrock mortars, and a stream. This museum is tucked inside the 152-acre Maidu Regional Park which also includes a community center, library, and the Veterans Memorial Rose Garden.
You can also catch a travelling circus in this cozy town. Circus Vargas describes itself as a steampunk meets science fiction fantasy.
