During this visit, you'll meet with a KB sales counselor who will spend time learning about your unique wants and needs, so they can help you select a new home that's just right for your lifestyle and budget.
- Tour the model homes together, so you can explore every living space from the bedrooms to the kitchen.
- Take a look at the available homesites — yep, you get to choose where in the community you want to live.
- Once you finalize your homesite, the sales counselor will help you select a favorite floor plan and exterior style. They will also explain the different layout options available, which allow you to make structural changes (like adding a kitchen island or extra windows) before building starts.
