Tap the “Get” button to initiate the download.

If you don't already have a MyKB account, you'll need to create one. Complete the Join MyKB form, select your communications preferences and set-up your password.

Use the email address and password you used to create your MyKB account to log in to the KB Home mobile app. Enter your information into form and tap Sign In to start using the app.

The first time you sign in to the KB Home mobile app, you will need to give the app permission to send you notifications. This will ensure that you are notified of new updates and communications from the app.

Your Dashboard is the central hub for your KB Home app experience. Here you will receive alerts, reminders and access to all your homebuying tools.

The Guided Journey section of the KB Home app provides information, guidance and resources about every step of the homebuying experience.

The Resources section of the KB Home app delivers education, information and suggestions on key steps in the form of a checklist. Use it as a reference to keep your homebuying journey on track.

See a community, home or floor plan you love? Don't worry about trying to remember it on your own. Tap the ♡ to add it to your Favorites and we'll save it for you so you can quickly access it again later.

Create a wish list that includes the location and key features of your dream home. We'll search our inventory on a regular basis and send you an alert when we find something you'll love.

When you create a Wish List, we search our inventory for communities and homes that match your dreams. Whenever we find a match, we'll add it to your Shopping Feed for quick and easy access.

Once you find your favorite floor plan, you can use this tool to personalize your layout choices, exterior style and even see how furniture will fit. It's easy and fun and we'll save all of your changes.

From Prequalification to Loan Funding, the KB Home Loan Tracker personalizes your home finance journey by delivering key information and updates every step of the way.

From Foundation to Build Completion, we've made it easy to understand and see the major milestones of your home's construction. Build Tracker photos bring the whole process to life in a way that is unique to KB Home.

The Booked Appointments feature on your Dashboard provides an at-a-glance reminder of all your up-coming appointments. Tap My Appointments to get additional details including date, time, location and more.

Create, track and manage all your KB Home appointments in the app. One-tap access to a list of all your scheduled appointments makes it easy to keep your homebuying journey on track.

The Messages feature allows you to get updates and notifications from your KB Home salesperson throughout your homebuying journey. Have a question or need help, use Messages to reach out to your salesperson to get answers.
