You will also need to confirm that a Written Buyer-broker Agreement (WBA) has been signed and share commission details at this visit. We’ll require a copy of the WBA at time of sales contract. We’ll take care of the rest — because partnerships are really important to us.

Seller is not responsible for any commissions in WBA that are higher than KB’s Broker Co-op. KB Home agrees to pay broker or agent a real estate commission based upon the Broker Co-op Agreement, provided: 1) The Customer contracts within 60 days to purchase from KB Home AND 2) No other broker or agent is present as the representative of Customer at the time of execution of the Purchase Agreement by Customer.
