Contact us to learn more about our broker commissions on personalized and move-in ready homes in great communities. Please remember to register your clients on their first visit. You will also need to confirm that a Written Buyer-broker Agreement (WBA) has been signed and share commission details at this visit. We’ll require a copy of the WBA at time of sales contract. We’ll take care of the rest — because partnerships are really important to us.
