We want you to make this exciting purchase with confidence, which is why we do a lot of thoughtful planning, communicating with our customers, and conduct inspections with the goal of delivering a quality-built home. Your KB Home construction superintendent oversees the entire process from one step to the next, and we don’t move to the next step until the current one has been completed to our satisfaction. For instance, before your Homeowner Orientation, the entire community team assesses your new home to ensure that it’s 100% complete. You’ll also inspect your home along with the team to sign off and close only when everyone is happy.
