As part of our weekly testing with the City of San Jose, data from the P5 and P6 onsite air monitor recorded isolated exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) guidelines during the week of December 2, 2019.
December 2: No work due to rainout
December 4: P5 had a exceedance due earth disturbing activities observed in a vacant off-site property nearby. KB Home did not have operations upwind or nearby these stations on this day.
December 4: P6 had a exceedance due to vehicles driving in the vicinity of P6. This was unrelated to KB Home's operations and may have contributed to the exceedance.
December 6: The pumps P3 and P6 air monitors went down mid-day and did not record data.
