As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded six exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of October 11, 2021.

October 11: An exceedance was documented at the P2 Location. KB contractors performing earthwork upwind of P2. Windy conditions appear to have caused the exceedance at P2. Additional dust control was performed.
October 12: An exceedance was documented at the P2 Location. KB contractors performing earthwork upwind of P2. Windy conditions appear to have caused the exceedance at P2. Additional dust control was performed.
October 15: Exceedances were documented at the P2, P4, P9D and P10D locations. HOA activities including blowers and brooms were observed in the area of P4, P9D and P10D. KB contractors performing earthwork upwind of P2. Minimal water was used due to concrete work being performed in the area upwind of P2.
