As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eight on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of September 14, 2020.
September 18: There was an exceedance noted on P4, which was the result of an HOA maintenance crews using leaf blowers adjacent to the monitor and a contractor moving dirt upwind. The work was stopped and corrections were made to increase water usage.
