Communications Hill - San Jose, CA Update

As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from three of the eight on site air monitors recorded exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of June 15, 2020. All other stations and days remained below BAAQMB Guidelines.
July 27: There was a slight exceedance noted on P5, which was the result of offsite work not associated with KB Home activities
July 27: There was a slight exceedance noted on P6, which was the result of offsite work not associated with KB Home activities
July 29: There was a slight exceedance noted on P4, which was the result of contractors performing dirt work. The work was stopped and corrections were made to increase water usage.
