As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from two of the eight on site air monitors recorded three slight exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of June 15, 2020. All other stations and days remained below BAAQMB Guidelines.
June 17: There was a slight exceedance noted on P8, which was the result of offsite work not associated with KB Home activities.
June 17: There was a slight exceedance noted on P4, which was the result of contractors performing off haul work. The work was stopped and corrections were made to increase water usage.
June 18: There was a slight exceedance noted on P4, which was the result of contractors performing off haul work. The work was stopped and corrections were made to increase water usage.
