As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded three exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of April 26, 2021.

April 26: There was an exceedance noted on P9, which the cause was undetermined and possibly unrelated to KB Home.

April 27: There was an exceedance noted on P2, which was caused by the subgrade, more water was added to alleviate the issue.

April 29: There was an exceedance noted on P4, which was caused by HOA maintenance crews using leaf blowers.
