As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eight on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of April 11, 2022.

April 12: There was an exceedance noted on P10, which was attributed to windy conditions. More water was added upwind.

April 13: There was an exceedance noted on P9, which was attributed to a third-party contractor working on cleaning the street with blowers and brooms.
