As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the ten on site air monitors recorded five exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of January 24, 2022.

January 24: There was an exceedance noted on P10 due to excessive soil track out and resultant dust from across the street. Additional dust control, watering and street sweeping were performed in the area to relieve the issue.
January 26: There were exceedances noted on P4 & P6, while there were no KB Home contractors working in the area, HOA landscapers were observed near the monitors.
January 26: There were exceedances noted on P9 & P10. Excessive soil track out and resultant dust from across the street appears to have caused the exceedances. Additional dust control, watering and street sweeping were performed in the area to relieve the issue.
