Communications Hill - San Jose, CA Update

As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the seven on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of April 10, 2023.
April 10: An exceedance occurred at station P10e and was attributed to contractors working upwind replacing a section of sidewalk along Lina St. Additional water was added to mitigate dust.
April 12: An exceedance occurred at stations P10e and was attributed to high winds an contractors working upwind replacing a section of sidewalk along Lina St. Dust mitigation measures and additional water was added and the work was stopped.
April 14: There were no contractors performing earth disturbing activities, thus no monitoring took place.
