As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the thirteen on site air monitors recorded zero exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of December 9, 2024. 
 
Please note, due to wet conditions grading activities have been suspended for the week of December 16-20. There will not be a posting for the week of December 23-27. Additionally, in observance of the Holiday grading operations will be paused December 23-27. Grading operations will resume on December 30.
