As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the thirteen on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of November 11, 2024.
November 15: An exceedance occurred at station 6, likely due to vehicular traffic and wind. KB Home contractors were not working in the vicinity or upwind of this station. Additional water was added throughout the site and around grading operations. Additional Hydroseeding of the area has been scheduled for the week of 11/25/24.
