As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the thirteen on site air monitors recorded one exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of October 28, 2024. 


October 31: An exceedance occurred at station 6 likely due to traffic. KB Home contractors were not working in the vicinity or upwind of this station. Additional water and hydro mulch were added to the area upwind of the station.


November 1: Pump 12 monitoring equipment was stolen. Replacement equipment was installed with additional security measures on November 4.
