The sales staff was helpful and responsive, and our construction superintendent took us through the home in detail and has been available for questions even after buying our home. They follow up with us on a monthly basis to make sure that all is well. We love our KB home and the entire experience of purchasing our home.
I didn't know what to expect when buying from KB. The process was smooth, and the staff was communicative. The web portal with all the information was great, and then after closing, all of your documents are there to view.
