As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the thirteen on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of November 18, 2024.
 
November 19: Exceedances occurred at station 8 and station 12, likely due to traffic and wind. KB Home grading contractors were not working in the vicinity or upwind of this station. Additional water was added throughout this part of the site.
