As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eleven on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of November 10, 2025.
November 10: An exceedance occurred at station 8, likely due to background wind. No earth work occurred upwind or near the station. Contractors were made aware of the exceedance and water application efforts increased throughout the site.
November 12: An exceedance occurred at station 3, likely due to delivery truck track out occurring upwind and near the station. Contractors were made aware of the exceedance and water application and track out cleanup efforts were increased.
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday there will not be a summary the week of 11/24/25. Reporting will resume the week of 12/1/25.
