As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eleven on site air monitors recorded eight exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of October 13, 2025.

 

October 13: Eight exceedances occurred at stations throughout the site due to background air from the scattered heavy rains that occurred that day. Minor earth disturbance occurred from a landscape contractor planting small trees and shrubs in the middle of the site. Contractor applied continuous water for the duration of the activity.
