As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eleven on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of October 6, 2025.
October 10: An exceedance occurred at station 5, likely due to grading operations occurring near and upwind of this station. Grading contractors were made aware of the exceedance and additional water trucks, and slower work practices was implemented.
The sales staff was helpful and responsive, and our construction superintendent took us through the home in detail and has been available for questions even after buying our home. They follow up with us on a monthly basis to make sure that all is well. We love our KB home and the entire experience of purchasing our home.
