As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the 11 on site air monitors recorded two exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of February 10, 2025.

 

February 11: One exceedance occurred at station 4, likely due to high winds and inactivity onsite due to weather. KB Home contractors were not working in the vicinity of this station. Grading contractors were made aware of the exceedance and additional water was added throughout accessible parts of the site.

 

February 12: Three exceedances occurred at stations 4, 5 and 10, likely due to high winds and inactivity onsite due to weather. KB Home contractors were not working in the vicinity of this station. Grading contractors were made aware of the exceedance and additional water was added throughout accessible parts of the site.
