As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the 11 on site air monitors recorded zero exceedances of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of January 13, 2025.

 

January 13: An exceedance occurred at station 6 likely due to rock and boulder moving as well as construction traffic. KB Home contractors were working in the vicinity of this station. Additional water was added throughout this part of the site and around grading operations.”
