As part of KB Home’s ongoing partnership with the City of San Jose, data from the eleven on site air monitors recorded one exceedance of the Bay Area Air Quality Management District guidelines during the week of December 30, 2024.
 
December 31: An exceedance occurred at station 1, likely due to wind and inactivity at the site due to weather. KB Home contractors were not working in the vicinity or upwind of this station. Additional water was added throughout this part of the site and the exposed NOA rock near the station has been covered with soil.
