Private In-Person Tour

We offer private in-person tours with a KB sales counselor, following these public health orders:

All of our sales offices and model homes are currently no handshake areas, but you will be greeted with a warm hello and friendly smile.
To follow proper 'social distancing,' the number of visitors at one time will be limited to groups of three people. Only two groups total are permitted at any time.
All employees are required to wear a face mask and all visitors are strongly encouraged to do the same. Visitors in locations where a public health order is in effect need to wear a face mask.
Our sales offices and model homes are being cleaned and sanitized routinely.
All visitors will need to complete a Wellness Confirmation form with just a few simple questions before they enter the building as a precautionary measure.
We politely ask that you do not visit if you are not feeling well. Also, per CDC guidelines, we encourage older persons and those with underlying health conditions to stay home.

Live Video Tour

Have one of our sales counselors tour you through a KB home without leaving the comfort of your home. With this option, you'll connect via video conferencing with one of our team members who will guide you through a home just as they would in person, answering any questions you may have along the way.

Self-Guided Tour

Walk through a move-in ready home in person without the presence of a KB sales counselor. Using contactless entry, you can set up an appointment to tour a home on your own. But remember, if you have any questions as you go we're always available to help.
