When your client buys a KB home, they get the opportunity to personalize nearly every detail. It starts with the exterior style and carries through to the interior with options for flooring, appliances, lighting, technology wiring and more. Our KB Home Studio design consultants will be on hand to help tie everything together.
Construction typically takes three to six months, depending on the home your client selects. We know that waiting is the hardest part for most buyers, so we keep them updated at every major construction milestone. They'll also have opportunities to visit the home site so they can see the progress in person.
Quality construction is the heart of our business, but we know that with so many systems and parts involved, sometimes unforeseen issues can arise.
