Kaufman and Broad Steals The Show!
The Next Generation in Homebuying is Happening Now

SANTA ANA, CA: The next generation in the evolution of home buying is underway! Finally, the public can get the information they need - at one time and in one place - to make many of the most crucial homebuying decisions. The time is now and the place is the newly opened Kaufman and Broad Showroom in Santa Ana, CA.

"Homebuyers no longer have to run from one housing development to another to find out which neighborhood fits their needs and their budgets," stated Albert Praw, president of Kaufman and Broad's Greater Los Angeles division. "Nor do they have to go out of their way to get pre-qualified for a home loan. They can do all that as well as view the latest in home interior design at the Showroom."

The first thing visitors will notice is its size: the huge 14,000 square-foot, two-story, Kaufman & Broad Showroom has as much room as seven average size homes combined. The Showroom not only functions as an extraordinary Design Center -showcasing thousands of interior and exterior options and upgrades - but also as a central resource for home financing, design consulting and information on each of Kaufman and Broad's Southern California neighborhoods.

"The last thing anyone wants when they're shopping for a new home is a lot of sales pressure," explained Praw. "People are invited to drop into our Showroom at any time. In this relaxed environment, they can learn more about our communities, how our design options tailor a home to a family, and how home ownership can be affordable. No pressure, no hassle, no problem."

For those just getting started in the homebuying process, appointments can be made with an on-site financial consultant who will provide mortgage information, a free credit report and a pre-qualification review.

"We want our homebuyers not only to be happy with their new home the first year but twenty years from now. That means they need good information and advice right from the beginning, particularly in selecting the options and upgrades for their new home," explained showroom manager, Galit Hay. "We have professionals on staff waiting to help homebuyers at each step along the way so they end up with a home that suits their taste as well as their budget."

The Showroom is filled with the latest and greatest in home décor. To help people visualize how various selections will look in their home, actual rooms - such as kitchens and bathrooms - have been created for walk-through inspection.

The Kaufman and Broad Showroom is a continuation of the company's philosophy of offering the maximum amount of square footage for the least amount of money, and allowing the home buyers to customize their home to fit their lifestyle needs.

The Kaufman and Broad Showroom is centrally-located in Santa Ana at 2721 S. Grand Avenue, off the #55 Freeway. The Showroom is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information, call 714-957-9600.
