Effective Sunday, August 17, 2008 Metrolink Customer Service Center operators will be available Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

As Southern California’s premier regional rail system, we do everything in our power to provide high-quality, dependable, on-time service. However, “Acts of God and Nature” are excluded from our Quality Service Pledge and therefore SCRRA will not compensate riders for delays incurred as a result of the earthquake.
