The SCV Chamber Health & Wellness Committee began sponsoring a speaker series this year for various members to share their expertise as it relates to health and wellness.

On June 10, 2008, Chamber member Stacey Lovett-Clark, Enagic Water Technologies, explained the benefits of alkalizing in the body.

Pictured above, Stacey performed an experiment testing the pH of several liquids (soda, sports drinks, bottled water, tap water) and explained the effects of an acidic state on the body.

The Chamber, in conjunction with Gustin Accountancy Corporation, hosted a QuickBooks learning presentation for beginning and experienced users.
